When I think about Dusty, a million memories come to mind, until I have written pages. He was such a big part of our lives, after all. We got him when he was 8 weeks old. Ben was six and Ethan was three. He has been a part of our family ever since. He grew up with my kids. He was with me every day. You couldn’t ask for a better family dog. He was devoted to us and us to him. I will remember his calm presence, his eager, loving manner, and his soft ears that I loved to rub, for as long as I live. His importance to our family was extraordinary, and how much we loved him surpasses words. A good dog. A life well lived. We will miss him for a long, long time.
